Story[]
Puzzler's Pack DLC[]
Beefto can be found resting by a fire camp in the Main Hall of Castle Quandary. He seems to know the area and encourages the knights to prove their strength on the Quandaries up above.
Beefto can also appear at the second Shrine if the player has only 1 max health point (and so no HP to sacrifice). This can be done by playing a Knight with only 3 max HP and applying the Withering Turkey Skull modifier. After attempting to activate the Shrine's sacrifice door once and trying to leave the side-room, Beefto barges in and slams the door, sacrificing one of his max HP to open it. He also comments on how pathetic the player's health is.
Beefto will give a reward to whoever is able to survive at least 10 loops of Venture Endlessly, specifically, his beeto ball; if the challenge was done legitimately, the ball will be golden. If cheating has been done, by changing the starting loop in the settings, Beefto will know and gift a less ornate ball. In order to collect the reward, a sideroom portal in the 10th loop version of the Plains must be entered, where Beefto is found at a campsite. Either way, a secret ribbon for the Guidebook with Beefto's face on it, will be awarded; similar secret ribbons can be earned by winning a run with the Adult Bean's mustache equipped, completing a run with a playable Spinwulf, completing a run with Schmutz, completing the hardest of the secret Quandaries of an unchanging Random Knight (achievable thanks to a special hat from Mr. Hat), and unlocking the Quandary Sage. Once all ribbons are earned, a crown appears in the Guidebook.

During the Valentine EX-travaganza! event, Beefto wears a flower crown in Castle Quandary. He also plucks petals from a never-ending flower.

Trivia[]
- According to the developers, this Beeto survived 10 loops in the Endless Run of the Pocket Dungeon.[2] This is a reference to enemies getting +2HP with every loop, with Beetos reaching 22 HPs at the 10th loop.
