Cheat codes, or cheat seeds, are special seeds for runs in Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon. They can affect the player's inventory at the beginning of the run, texts, and even difficulty. They were added in the last Early Preview of the Puzzler's Pack DLC.
Activation[]
Entering a specific seed name in the "Seed" option enables a cheat code. While single seeds correspond to a single configuration, it is possible to add a numerical value after its name to change the run's odds (Relics in Chester's shop, bosses of stages 3, 6, and 9).

Trivia[]
- During development of the Puzzler's Pack DLC, two cheat seeds had their names changed for the full release because of legal concerns:
- The cheat seed related to Arby's, "WHTM", had the placeholder name "ARBYS". It also had its own icon with the company's emblematic hat, which was changed to a generic icon.
- The cheat seed "JRJR" had the placeholder name "JARJAR", a reference to the Star Wars character Jar Jar Binks.
