The Chemical Coated Cloak is the starter Cloak of Plague Knight, with his usual dark robe and light green mask. It doesn't have any special effects what so ever and it can be easily replaced unless trying to earn the Feats Penny Pincher or Naked Plague.

- Inside his personal room in the Explodatorium, Plague Knight owns a wardrobe full of different masks, one of wich is an exact replica of the mask he is seen wearing in Shovel of Hope, which is bigger and scarier looking compared to the one he is seen wearing in Plague of Shadows. This may imply that Plague Knight briefly visited his room and swapped masks before his encounter with Shovel Knight to leave a better first impression.
