When used, the decrees summon a baby Griffoth to atttack King Knight's enemies using spiked balls. They are a single-use items.

Decrees of Destruction can be purchased for 
2500 from the Troupple King once aboard the Glidewing and unclogged. It can also be found for free in Treasure Chests in the stages Grand Hall and Treasure Knight's Loot.
