Fleck is Hive Knight's loyal Beeto partner who appears in Shovel Knight Dig, being located in The Grub Pit.

Appearance

Fleck is a green, flying Beeto with a red collar and a golden pet tag.

Personality

It is implied by Hive Knight that Fleck says very morbid and dark things through his simple buzzes.

Story

Dig

Fleck accompanies Hive Knight whenever he goes into the Well. When in battle, he aids Hive Knight by flying him through the arena or kicking back projectiles at Shovel Knight. He carries the knight off the Well whenever he gets defeated.

After Hive Knight's defeat, Fleck sometimes appear with his companion by the Surface's campfire, resting on his head. As of Fate and Fortune, Fleck also nests by a tree on the far-right side of the Surface as part of Hive Knight's Memento. He leaves his nest to rest on his companion's head whenever he shows up by the campfire.
