The King's Chair is an optional gear in King of Cards, obtained once the portrait of King Knight is finished by Gouache. When the [Up] button is pressed, a chair will appear and King Knight will sit in it, twirling a goblet of juice in one hand. If you move in this state, the chair will disappear after a second.

- The chair's color scheme will change depending on what armor King Knight's wearing.
- The King's Chair is similar in concept to Shovel Knight's Toad Gear's cool pose, the dance unlocked by the Troupple King for Plague Knight and Specter Knight's Cold Shoulder. Like them, it can be used during most conversations and cutscenes.
- In the Lich Yard, the chair counts as a creature for weighing down the weight-sensitive skeleton platforms, allowing King Knight to lower them by himself.
