Trivia[]

  • La Danse Macabre roughly translates to "The Dance of the Dead" in French. Danse Macabre is an artistic genre of late-medieval allegory on the universality of death: no matter one's station in life, the Dance of Death unites all. The Danse Macabre consists of the dead or personified Death summoning representatives from all walks of life to dance along to the grave.
    • The song also has a similar title to a book written by Stephen King.
    • Also the song is an arrangement based on both classical song of the same name composed by French composer Saint-Saëns and Russian composer Mussorgsky.
  • This was one of the 4 tracks remixed and used in Just Shapes & Beats Just Shovels and Knights update, along with Strike the Earth!, Flowers of Antimony, and In the Halls of the Usurper.
