Moleflounders are enemies introduced in Shovel Knight Dig. They are yellow goldfish with cyan eyes. They accompany Mole Knight in the Secret Fountain.
Story[]
Moleflounders are Mole Knight's companions in Shovel Knight Dig. They follow him in his plunge attacks when he has less than half of his health remaining.
Upon the knight's defeat, similarly to the Molers, a school of Moleflounders carry him out of the Well. As part of his Memento on the Surface, Mole Knight brings one up in a water barrel to nurse it back to health, calling it Recovering Moleflounder.
Behavior and Tactics[]
Moleflounders only have 
(1) health point each and deal no damage upon contact. they mostly serve to bounce Shovel Knight up during Mole Knight's plunge attack.
