To achieve this Feat, complete a stage without picking up any Food.
Tips[]
The Plains is the easiest stage to achieve this Feat on. Alternatively on New Game Plus, the majority of Chicken is replaced with Bombs, making this Feat much easier to acquire. Getting any or all Health Upgrades beforehand makes this Feat easier too.
Shove Knight Dig[]
How to Acquire[]
Finish a world without picking up or buying any food to achieve this Feat. This means getting through all 3 stages and beating its boss.
Tips[]
This Feat is easier in the Mushroom Mines, since enemies there do not deal too much damage points.
