Pridemoor Kingdom is the first set of stages in King of Cards and one of the kingdoms of The Valley. A peaceful land with vast grassy plains, a quiet village, a spooky region fullof undead and a grand castle, as the name implies, it's a kingdom ruled by the wise King Pridemoor.
Story[]
Shovel of Hope/Plague of Shadows/Specter of Torment[]
During Shovel of Hope, Plague of Shadows, and Specter of Torment, King Knight sits on the Pridemoor throne, so the kingdom no longer exists.
During the ending of Shovel of Hope and Plague of Shadows, the kingdom is reinstated after Shovel Knight defeats The Enchantress and Plague Knight destroys Tower of Fate. King Pridemoor's first order of business was to knight Plague Knight for his deeds, while King Knight was forced to clean Pridemoor Keep's floors.
King of Cards[]
Pridemoor Kingdom was the first kingdom King Knight journeyed through on his quest for the Joustus crown. He and his mother also had a house in the kingdom. In the Spectral Ravine of the Plains, he met and defeated Specter Knight, who gave him his starter deck for Joustus. He then ventured to House of Joustus, where he met Cooper and Bard who were looking for a new champion to accompany. King Knight agreed and they took him to Cooper's airship, the Glidewing. From then on, King Knight started using its services. Before he reached King Pridemoor, King Knight's mother accidentally used his rat rope and was transported to the Glidewing. He wanted her to leave, but he changed his mind after Cooper realized her knowledge of King Pridemoor could be useful. King Knight then ventured to Grand Hall of Pridemoor Keep. At its end, he found and fought King Pridemoor. He was victorious, and King Pridemoor accompanied him back to the Glidewing. After talking to the crew, King Pridemoor decided to join it and help King Knight on his quest.
Later, after King Knight defeated The Enchantress in the Tower of Fate, he was persuaded to betray his allies. He overthrew King Pridemoor and took his throne. Pridemoor Kingdom ceased to exist after that.

- Turncoat's Tower: An Heirloom course based around the Turn Coat.
- Seer's Study: Part of Pridemoor Keep, filled with treasure and Joustus cards.
