“ | Release a rat with a safety bomb attached. While it's running, press again to reverse its direction. | ” |
The Rat Bombardier is an Heirloom in King of Cards and an ability in Showdown.
King of Cards[]
Usage[]
When deployed by King Knight, the Rat Bombardier moves forward and jumps across platforms. Activating it again while it is running causes it to change directions. It detonates on contact with an obstacle. King Knight can also shoulder bash the rat to launch the explosive forward.
Using it costs 8 or 200 in New Game Plus.
Availability[]
The Rat Bombarider can be purchased for 2 from Hedge Pupil in the Pridemoor Kingdom stage, Backyard Lab. The stage has to be completed first in order to keep the Heirloom.
Showdown[]
In Showdown, the Rat Bombardier is King Knight's ranged attack. It functions same as in King of Cards, but with an added benefit of no vigor limit. It can be used indefinitely, but only one rat can be on the screen at a time.
Trivia[]
