The Shadow Locket Challenge is one of the relic challenge stages found in Shovel Knight Dig. This one unlocks Shadow Locket.

Description[]

The Shadow Locket Challenge is situated in the part of Mushroom Mines, so it shares it's theme and enemies, like Propeller Rats. To get inside, Shovel Knight must have Relic Key in his possesion while he finds a Relic Door in Mushroom Mines. At the start of the stage, the altar containing Shadow Locket is found. After it's picked up, it has unlimited uses until the end of the stage. After the stage is completed, Shadowl Locket loses it's unlimited usage. By completing this stage, Shadow Locket becomes available as item to be picked up and as drop found in treasure chests and rarely in Drill Machine for future runs.
