The Staff of Surging is an Arcana in Plague of Shadows and an ability in Showdown.

Usage[]
When used in Plague Knight shoots upward and slightly forward. Enemies in his path take damage. The Staff of Surging is versatile as both an attack and an aid for platforming. Its costs 
1 per use.
Availability[]
The Staff of Surging is obtained by trading the Alchemy Coin to Chester in the Explodatorium. It can also be bought from him at the Armor Outpost for 
6800.
Showdown[]
In Showdown, it has the same effects like in Plague of Shadows but with an added benefit of no power cost. It can be used indefinitely but only once before needing to touch the ground again.

- It is similar to the Shoryuken attack from Street Fighter.
