The Tome of Relic Thrift doubles the magic capacity of each Relic. This includes the increased amount granted by the additional Magic Capacity upgrades obtained during the run.
Availability[]
The Tome of Relic Thrift can be unlocked by buying it from Chester as soon as he appears on the Surface. It costs 
1000 gems + 1000 gems per Accessories already unlocked.
