True Love's Rose is a "Fancy Item" in Shovel Knight: King of Cards. After King Knight steals it from Lover's Vista, Propeller Knight will attack the Glidewing next time he boards the ship, in search of the item. Cooper is later seen giving the rose back in the ending of Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment.
